1. Orders placed through our Store are shipped either by UPS, FedX Ground, or the U.S. Postal Service. Depending upon weight, some orders will be shipped via common-carrier.

  2. We ship product from several locations including Atlanta, Cleveland, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. We always try to ship an entire order complete from one of these locations. However, on occasion, you may receive your order from more than one shipping location.

  3. We DO NOT charge you an inflated "Shipping & Handling" charge as a way to earn more profit for us.

  4. Despite the nominal added shipping cost (listed below), you will find our pricing most competitive when comparing price on a total-cost-per-item basis. Shipping cost quickly becomes an insignicant aspect of your order adding only pennies to each item purchased.

Your added shiping cost is as follows:

Total shipping cost on orders totaling $99.99 or less is only $10.99. Total shipping cost on orders ranging from $100.00 to $199.99 is only $6.99. Total shipping cost on orders ranging from $200.00 to $299.99 is only $5.99. Total shipping cost on orders exceeding $300.00 is only $4.99.

Shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be the actual rates we pay to ship your order.  When we ship to these areas (Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada), your credit card will be charged twice;  once for the cost of the product when it is shipped, and again when we learn the actual shipping cost incured (which will vary because of weight and location).   

  5. MIN/MAX Pricing Strategy: SAVE BIG! Buy any three, four, or five items on one order and receive the next lowest pricing level on all items purchased. As an example, if an item is listed at $1 each in a 10-pack but only $0.75 each in a 20-pack, if you buy the item in a 10-pack (along with two other items), you will pay the $0.75 price. The same formula holds true for all three items purchased.  SAVE EVEN MORE!  Buy any six (or more) items on one order and receive the lowest pricing level we offer on all items purchased.

  6. We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. If you wish to pay by bank/cashiers check, or a company check, Contact Us and a representative will contact you to work out the details.

  7. We ship 99.9% of all orders complete. However, unless otherwise instructed by you, if an item you ordered is out-of-stock we will usually wait until it is in stock to ship your order.

  8. If you want to return something you that you purchased, Contact Us with the particulars of the return and a representative will contact you. A Return Goods Authorization Number is required in order to return anything to us. Returns made without following this process will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. If for any reason we shipped you in error, we will assume all related costs for the return. Custom orders or special price quote orders are never retunable unless we shipped you in error.

  9. All the products we sell are guaranteed by their manufacturer to meet or exceed the specification as stated for each product listed in our Store.

  10. The product images used throughout our web site are generally accurate renditions of the product they represent, but some can vary. However, the individual product description and specification listed on each product are always accurate for the product listed.

  11. If we fail to specifically address any issue within our web site, or these Terms & Conditions, we will make every effort to reasonably come to an understanding and resolution of the issue.
